the soft fragrance of wisteria floats on a warm spring breeze

the botanist Thomas Nuttall said he named wisteria in memory of Dr. Caspar Wistar (1761–1818), an American physician and anatomist from Philadelphia, PA.  wisteria has a strong and spicy scent and is a climbing deciduous shrubs with long hanging clusters of flowers that originated from China and Japan.  wisteria oil can be used for meditation, considered an herb of scholars and students, wisteria can keep thoughts organized in the pursuit of intellectual development.
