bubbling effervescence makes any time "happy-hour" ... the perfect potion of orange, cranberry & lime

just like a real cosmo: 1 oz vodka, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz cranberry juice.  shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with sugar and garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.
